Meet our
We do not shy away from high expectations, whether it be in learning or in our relationships.
Tradition does not and cannot survive either by merely being talked about or by being written down…we re-create it by discovering it from our own experience and at that moment of discovery, the tradition lives...It becomes a flame that has the power to enlighten, to guide and to warm.

Welcome to Loreto Kirribilli! A school steeped in tradition.
I love being part of a community that knows how to animate traditions and that values their significance. Some of our Loreto Kirribilli traditions are timeless, testament to their enduring meaning over the ages. Processing by and crowning the statue of Mother Mary on May Day with flowers; or watching our graduates process and receive their Jubilerian crown; these particular traditions draw on the deep roots of our faith life. They warm our hearts and unite our community.
We are blessed with a charism which is embedded in all that we do and all that we say, from Felicity and Freedom of Spirit, which is evident in our learning and play, to the sense of Justice and strong advocacy, awareness and fundraising to address social inequities. Sincerity and Verity are at the heart of our relationships, remembering that we are made in the image and likeness of God, ensuring that the dignity of each individual person within our community is celebrated and respected.
We do not shy away from high expectations, whether it be in learning or in our relationships. We guide our students and encourage them to discover, uncover and showcase their individual strengths, gifts and talents. A student can pursue their learning passions and academic excellence through our extensive subject selections on offer, strive for personal bests in their sporting endeavours, whether it be through sporting teams or whole school events such as Swimming and Athletics Carnivals. She can showcase her performing arts talents at Music Festival, Dance Night or Theatresports or excel in any of the extensive extra and co curricular activities such as Debating, Public speaking and Robotics - just to name a few!
Our pastoral care model has the student at the centre. Her wellbeing is at the heart of all decisions and we aim to make students feel supported and safe at school. Each student has three significant teachers who will work with her in meeting her academic, social and emotional needs, but also each student has a coach. A coaching approach offers opportunities for students to make informed choices and decisions for themselves, creating personal responsibility and accountability. This process empowers the student to use her knowledge of her character strengths in the development of the goal.
Loreto Kirribilli is a school which provides extensive opportunities for our students to be their best selves by creating a supportive, nurturing and yet also challenging environment. But most of all it is a school where the tradition of loving service creates a unique and lifelong bond, where joy and hope are hallmarks.
