Loreto Kirribilli’s new means-tested Bursary is made possible by the generosity and support of our School community.
The Loreto Kirribilli Bursary will enable students to complete their Senior School education in the tradition of the Loreto Sisters. The Bursary will be awarded annually to two students for their education from Years 10 to 12, providing full or partial fee-relief for their education.
The Bursary represents a wonderful opportunity for students whose families do not have the means to access a Loreto Kirribilli education.
The launch of the Fund has been supported by the Loreto Kirribilli Ex-Students’ Union, who generously agreed to donate their 100-year-old Bursary Fund to the newly established fund and work with the school and the current community of parents and students to support the growth of the fund as one.
Deputy Principal Miss Romalina Rocca is enthusiastic about the opportunity that the Bursary offers:
These bursaries will enable the recipients to fully explore their gifts and talents, nurturing these in an environment that allows them to become women of purpose, with a profound sense of their own worth and an enduring sense of responsibility to others. These students will graduate from the school as proud Loreto women, with the opportunity and inspiration to make a significant contribution to society.
